Technical Support and Customer Service

Hypertech, the leader of high-tech automotive performance products, is seeking enthusiastic, high performing individuals to join our team.


We have opportunities for enthusiastic, career-oriented Sales/Tech/Customer specialist in the automotive field to join the Hypertech team. This position is in Bartlett, TN. Location assistance will not be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help customers by providing solutions and information about our products
  • Help existing accounts by providing information and resolve requests
  • Takes orders and process returns
  • Interface with Hypertech Tech Support database to track customer service
  • Learn pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques
  • Communicate with team of supervisors, engineers, and technical support
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manor
  • Some travel and overtime may be required for working shows, events, etc.


  • Working knowledge in MS Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Self-confidence with ability to relate to all levels of customers
  • Should be self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate positively and clearly
  • Proactive with excellent follow up
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Notable time management skills
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing needs
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation, on time and excellent attendance is a must
